Passport

The UK Passport Service website allows you to report a lost/stolen passport at the same time as applying for a replacement.

Driving Licence

Information about applying for a replacement licence can be found on the DVLA website.

Credit/Debit Card

If your credit/debit card has been lost or stolen you need to notify your bank/building society/issuer as a matter of urgency.  It is possible that someone may try to use it without your permission, and in some cases, you may be liable for some financial loss as a result.  If you don't know the telephone number of your card issuer, search for the website of your issuer using a search engine such as Google, Yahoo, or MSN.  Your issuer's website should have a contact number to report your lost/stolen card.

Car Tax Disc

Information about replacing a lost/stolen tax disc can be found on the DVLA website.

MOT Certificate

If you know the MOT test station where the certificate was issued you can contact them for a replacement for a maximum fee of £10.

If you do not know where the MOT certificate was issued, you will have to have your vehicle tested again to obtain a new MOT certificate.

If the test station has closed down since your test certificate was last issued, you can contact the Vehicle and Operator Services Agency who should be able to help.
