Shropshire Care and Repair is part of Anchor Staying Put and is dedicated to improving the quality of life of older people by providing advice and assistance with adaptations, improvements and repairs to their properties that will enable them to remain active, safe and independent in their own homes.
A large part of the service on offer includes providing assistance to customers with the funding process, technical advice, engagement of preferred contractors, maximising income through applications for welfare benefits and inspecting work on site.
Shropshire Care and Repair can:

- offer confidential advice, support and assistance
- provide information on housing and support services provided by others
- provide technical expertise with building works to property
- help get information on the different ways of paying for the work
