Comments on any planning Application listed below, except Shropshire County Council deemed applications, should be submitted through this website (see links with each record) or in writing and sent to and received by the Development Control Manager, Shrewsbury and Atcham Borough Council, The Guildhall, Frankwell Quay, Shrewsbury, SY3 8HQ within 21 days of the Friday following the date of registration (or within 21 days if the date of registration is a Friday), you can also send your comment by fax to 01743 281377.
We guarantee to consider comments received within the 21 days mentioned above. We may still be able to consider your comments if we receive them after the 21 days. For applications being determined by committee you must get the comment to us in writing (or by email or fax) before the start of the meeting. For applications detemined under delegated powers, the actual date of decision depends on our workload, so you should get the comment to us as soon as you can.

Comments on the Shropshire County Council deemed applications should be sent directly to: Community and Environment Services, Shropshire County Council, The Shirehall, Abbey Foregate, Shrewsbury, SY2 6ND within 21 days of the Friday following the date of registration (or within 21 days if the date of registration is a Friday).
