Customer Service Strategy

Customers increasingly expect better access to better-quality public services and one of the Council's Corporate Priorities is "Putting the Customer at the heart of the Council". To continue with our achievement as an Excellent Authority we must drive forward an improvement programme that is centred around achieving top quartile performance in the services delivered to the public. This strategy has been developed in order to ensure that those services are delivered through the appropriate channels and with an excellent standard of customer service.
