If you would like to make representations on an application for a Premises Licence or Club Registration Certificate during the consultation period, please submit the enclosed form prior to the end of the consultation period which will be detailed on the Public Site Notice or Press Advertisement.  If you are unsure of the date, check with licensing staff before sending in your form.
