The Scheme's Action Plan will be reviewed annually and progress reported to Cabinet through our Corporate Customer and Equalities Group. The annual report will be published on this website. A full review of the Scheme will be carried out every three years.

We would like to thank those individuals and groups who participated in the development of the Scheme. If you would like to be involved in the ongoing development and monitoring of the Scheme, or if you have any comments or suggestions to make, please contact the Policy Team (contact details below).

The Council welcome any comments about the content, format and other aspects of the Scheme and especially any suggestions about how the information could be improved to provide details which are meaningful to the public and service users.

The Disability Equality Scheme can be provided in other languages, large print, Braille or audio cassette. If you would like to request the Scheme in a more suitable format, please contact the Policy Team using the contact details below.
