Meetings

Meetings of the Council, Cabinet and Committees are held at The Guildhall, Frankwell Quay, Shrewsbury and most of them are open to the public unless exempt or confidential issues are being discussed.

Please note that agendas and certain supporting documents are available for inspection in The Guildhall Enquiry Office for at least five days before these meetings.  Copies of the Agendas and Minutes are also placed on the Councils website as soon as possible following their publication. 

A list of Committee Dates for the period May 2006 to May 2007 is confirmed at the Annual Meeting of Council.  In addition a more detailed weekly list of meetings is published at least 5 days in advance and may be accessed by clicking once on the appropriate date in the left hand column of this page.
