At the Shrewsbury Conference 2005 the audience were asked;
if you were able to contact the Council outside normal hours, which time would be the most convenient to you?
The options and responses given on the night were:
Weekdays before 8.30 am - 10%
Weekdays after 5.00pm - 57%
Saturday mornings - 31%
Saturday afternoons - 2%
Considering that there may be cost implications to providing this additional out of hours service, do you think this extra service would be worthwhile?
