Disability Equality Duty Questionnaire

The Disability Equality Duty for the Public Sector comes into force in December 2006 and has important implications for all local authorities. The Disability Equality Duty requires Shrewsbury and Atcham Borough Council to ensure equality for people with disabilities both as an employer and service provider. As part of the Council's work in ensuring equality of opportunity to all residents, we are conducting this survey to obtain YOUR views and how you feel about the Council's service provision for people with disabilities.
