The Council can provide free treatments for households and treatments on a rechargeable basis for Commercial premises.

 

Cockroaches may be found wherever there is a supply of food, water and warmth.

 

Cockroaches are most active at night, spending the hours of daytime hidden in crevices.  Carries and spreads various human disease organisms, and damages foodstuffs by fouling and tainting.

 

As in the control of most indoor insects, the maintenance of a very high standard of cleanliness will go a long way towards eliminating trouble.

 

Fill in cracks and crevices and repair defects as soon as they are noticed.
