The Borough Council can treat cluster flies in roof spaces during winter months on a rechargeable basis.

 

Cluster and swarming flies may be found in large number in houses.

They enter during the autumn months for hibernation until the following spring.

 

In the autumn flies tend to collect on the outside of buildings especially on sunny walls and later find their way inside roof spaces, under tiles etc.

 

Cluster flies may be found hibernating in roof spaces and lofts during the winter months.  Control is best carried out during the mid winter period.
