Treating Pests Yourself

You can treat most pests yourself using powders, sprays and foams. You can also treat mice using traps. These products are available from supermarkets, garden centres, hardware stores and chemists.

When treating pests yourself always follow the manufacturers' instructions.  PESTICIDES ARE POISONS YOU SHOULD:

• Avoid ingestion, inhalation or skin contact
• Keep children and animals away from sprayed areas until completely dry
• Keep children and animals away from away from solid baits.

DO NOT USE PESTICIDES ON FOOD PREPARATION SURFACES OR IN FOOD CUPBOARDS
