Bayston Hill Housing Needs Survey

In September 2003 the Borough Council in partnership with Bayston Hill Parish Council undertook a survey of local housing need in the parish of Bayston Hill . The purpose of the survey was to help inform that needs review and to enable the Borough Council and the Parish Council to ensure any development proposals meet local need (if there is any)

2200 questionnaires were delivered by hand to every property in the Parish through the Villager distribution network and 315 forms were returned by the closing date a return rate of just over 14%. Whilst the return rate is disappointing the data provided is useful in giving an indication of housing need within the Parish.
