Location
The centre is situated on the edge of the quarry park, in the centre of Shrewsbury. Road access is either by Priory Road or Victoria Avenue.
Parking is limited at the centre, but there are plenty of car parks within a short distance (Frankwell is a good choice), the area is well served by public transport.

The premier exercise and fitness facility in Shrewsbury, boasting four pools and an excellent Fitness Suite, situated in the most picturesque area of town. Also on site is the Waterside Restaurant which has recently won a platinum Healthy Eating Award.
