LuLu Project

Project Aim

The LULU Project aims to support local communities, particularly those experiencing disadvantage and poor health to access physical activity.  The project comprises three principal themes:

Increasing physical activity opportunities:

To actively encourage and support local sedentary people to access and utilise a range of physical activity programmes.

Active Volunteering:

To recruit volunteers to support the range of physical activity opportunities established within the Sports Village and associated venues.

Awards scheme:

To support and encourage local voluntary and community groups to develop and promote physical activity programme
