Shropshire Youth Games

The Annual Shropshire Youth Games is a festival of sport to provide young children between the ages of 4-16 the opportunity to play sport in a competitive organised environment whilst maintaining an atmosphere of fun and fair play.

This year's Youth Games was once again held at RAF Cosford on Saturday 28th June 2008. SABC results for this years Youth Games are as follows,

Netball- 2nd

Girls Tag Rugby- 2nd

Mixed Tag Rugby- 4th

Tennis- 4th

Table Tennis- 1st

Boys Hockey- 4th

Girls Hockey- 4th

Badminton- 6th

Rounders- 5th

In the overall competition we came 4th and in the fair paly trophy we came 3rd

Trails and Selection

Sports

Badminton, Basketball, Cheerleading, Girls Tag Rugby, High Five Netball, Hockey, Mixed tag Rugby, Swimming and Tennis.

All sports are for various age groups both male and female.
