Condover Conservation Area

Condover is an attractive village situated four miles south of Shrewsbury in a rural area of mixed agricultural use.  Condover Conservation Area was designated on January 25, 1976 and covers an area of 21.9 hectares (54.1 acres).  The Conservation Area comprises the historic core of the settlement and the ornamental grounds to Condover Hall.

The following document contains a full appraisal of the Condover Conservation Area. The purpose of the document is to identify those parts of the Conservation Area that should be preserved and enhanced. It also contains proposals for improvement.
