Westbury Conservation Area

The village of Westbury is located approximately eight and a half miles west of Shrewsbury.  It lies at the centre of its own large Parish, which borders Wales on the extreme west side.  The Westbury Conservation Area was originally designated in 1983, with the Conservation Area boundary extended in 2006.

The following document contains a full appraisal of the Westbury Conservation Area. The purpose of the document is to identify those parts of the Conservation Area that should be preserved and enhanced. It also contains proposals for improvement.
