The Standard Planning Application Form (1APP) has now replaced  all previous types of planning application forms (except applications for minerals) within England, and is the only legal way of submitting a planning application. 

Shrewsbury and Atcham Borough Council recommends that all planning applications be submitted online through the Planning Portal.  However, paper copies can be downloaded from the Planning Portal 1APP forms chooser.  If you are submitting a Full and Listed Building Application you only need to complete 1 form.

Full Applications (Non Householders)

Site Location Plan at 1:1250 Scale (Urban) or 1:2500 Scale (Rural) with Site edged Red and Land Owned by Applicant edged Blue - 3 Copies
Block Plan at 1:500 Scale - 3 Copies
Plans and Elevations as Existing - 3 Copies
Plans and Elevations as Proposed - 3 Copies
Design and Access Statement - Excluding Change of Use, Engineering or Mining Operations
Article 7 Ownership Certificate - 1 Copy
Correct Application Fee - Cheques to be Signed, Made Payable to SABC
