Annual Monitoring Reports

The Annual Monitoring Report (AMR) is an integral element of the Local Development Framework (LDF).  It provides a yearly check-up on the changing context of the Borough, measures progress in achieving planning policy objectives and records progress in achieving the milestones set out in the Local Development Scheme.

The Borough Annual Monitoring Report covers the financial year (1st April to 31st March) and is published in December of each year. 

To assist customers with a slower internet connection, the 2006/7 AMR is available in two formats, with or without photographs.  The latter is half the size to download.  All other content is identifical.
