Draft Unitary Shropshire Local Development Scheme

A draft Local Development Scheme (LDS), setting out the timescales for preparing a Local Development Framework for the Unitary Council, was approved by the Implementation Executive LDF sub-committee at its meeting on 17th March 2008.

Shrewsbury & Atcham Borough Council's approved Local Development Scheme is available above. However, it is in the process of being superseded by a new Local Development Scheme for the Unitary Shropshire Council.  All work on individual district LDF documents has ceased, in order to progress work on the forthcoming Unitary Council's LDF documents.
