Service Standards - Economic Development

• The Tourist Information Centre will post Shrewsbury vistior guides in response to telephone, written, e-mail or fax requests within two working days.
• In our Tourist Information Centre we will present up to date information, displays, souvenirs and publications in an attractive and seasonally relevant manner.
• We will respond to economic development enquiries within two working days.
• We will update the economic development and tourism sections of the Borough Council’s website at least monthly.
