• Undisputed invoices paid within 30 days
  Target 95% 2003/04
• Final Accounts to be approved by Council by 31st July 2004 and published by 30th November 2004
• Payroll - staff and members paid on 25th of each month
• Unqualified opinion on final accounts to be received from external auditors
